Associate Director of Diagnostics and Outpatients

The London Clinic is seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Associate Director of Diagnostics and Outpatients. This is a senior operational leadership role, working in partnership across the hospital to drive forward the delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Set a clear vision and strategy for the future of the services, enabling the delivery of the hospital's objectives.
- Provide visible and effective leadership and support to staff working within the care groups, including HCPC registered professionals, nurses, administration, and consultants.
- Develop a culture of clinical excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement of the patient, staff, and consultant experience.
- Develop effective working relationships with consultants, attracting patients and providing ease of access for consultants using the services.
- Proven track record in operational delivery and resilience.
- Ability to demonstrate the delivery of successful performance and improvement programs.
- Experience in leading complex services and teams in an acute hospital setting.
- Full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
- Salary: £100-130,000 per annum.
- Annual leave: 33 days.
