Job Title: Housekeeping Porter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at the Montcalm Collection. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest areas, including corridors, linen cupboards, and back-of-house service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and distribute bed linen and towels to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the general cleaning of guest areas, including corridors, linen cupboards, and back-of-house service areas.
  • Support the Housekeeping team with a range of duties, including laundry and linen management.
  • Maintain positive and effective working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, if required.
