We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at the Montcalm Royal London House. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in guest areas, corridors, linen cupboards, and back-of-house service areas.
  • Deliver and distribute bed linen and other products to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the general cleaning of guest areas, including removing refuse and ensuring that areas are well-maintained and staged appropriately.
  • Develop positive and effective working relationships with the Housekeeping team and other associates.
  • Show self-initiative and take ownership of your knowledge and skills to continuously raise the level of service provided to guests.
  • Communicate effectively and assist with all incoming requests and queries.
