About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Linen Porter to join our Rooms Department at Raffles London at The OWO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing linen stock, and ensuring the smooth operation of our laundry and linen services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery and control of amenities on guest floors
  • Assist with linen deliveries in pantries and service areas
  • Cover uniform issuing and dispatch to contractors
  • Provide a great guest experience by avoiding oversights, damage, and late deliveries
  • Communicate with Laundry, guest work contractors, and equipment suppliers
  • Ensure all floors are well-stocked with linen
  • Conduct daily linen stock issuing using the RFID system
  • Process quality checks on linen and deal with rejects and damaged items
  • Assist with staff uniform delivery and collection
  • Maintain the hotel's stock of linen

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in luxury wellness or a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering exceptional service
