Key Responsibilities

In the role of Quality Controller, you will play a vital part in ensuring that quality systems and protocols are strictly adhered to and consistently enhanced. Your primary duties will encompass:

  • Grasping and implementing the business Quality Standards to fulfill company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting audits for compliance with Quality Management Systems, identifying non-conformances with objective evidence, and ensuring that corrective measures are executed.
  • Performing product testing and internal audits as per schedule or request, and aiding in comprehensive investigations for out-of-spec results and customer grievances.
  • Offering technical support and guidance to factory teams, consulting with the Department Manager/Operations Quality Manager on technical matters such as prerequisite management, calibration, labeling, raw materials, and traceability.
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to foster continuous improvement in technical control.
  • Assisting in New Product Development (NPD) trials and product launches, overseeing testing, and product lifecycle assessment to guarantee compliance with manufacturing standards.

Shift Pattern:

  • Two weeks of day shifts followed by two weeks of night shifts.
