Job Description

Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Torque Consulting. As a Product Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit compliance against quality management systems and raise non-conformances with objective evidence.
  • Ensure corrective actions are completed and that quality systems and procedures are meticulously followed and continuously improved.
  • Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve technical control and provide technical support and advice to factory teams.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) trials and product launches, managing testing and product life assessment to ensure manufacturing standards are met.
