As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and efficient operational service to all areas of the business, providing effective first-line advice and guidance to people managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient support service for HR, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide first-line advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers for all matters relating to the full employee lifecycle, escalating complex or high-risk cases to HR Business Partners.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems, holding employee information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and line managers to support the identification and provision of training and development needs.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 minimum, ideally.
  • HR legislative understanding and knowledge.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR-associated matters.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High-level IT skills using MS Office suite.
