About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to our inpatient teams, working closely with the Matron and Service Manager to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective clinical strategies.
  • Utilize your expertise to provide clinical assessment and interpretation of findings, ensuring the most appropriate care is delivered to patients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve excellence in patient care and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered under the NMC or HCPC.
  • Advanced Clinical Practice MSC or evidence of working towards.
  • Post-graduate level education or degree, with significant advanced knowledge acquired through experience of community-based mental health interventions and additional specialist training.
  • Full understanding of relevant policy, legislation, drivers, and their application to clinical and service areas.
  • Full understanding and application of relevant clinical practice/standards/audit within identified clinical areas.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Advanced clinical qualification in DBT.
  • Member of organisational group/network, locally/regionally/nationally.
  • Post-graduate/Masters level certificate.
  • Be on the live register of mentors if required for the service area.
