Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by visually inspecting them and utilizing measuring tools to ensure they meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough visual inspections of products to identify any defects or irregularities.
  2. Utilize measuring tools, such as the CMM, to ensure products meet our quality standards.
  3. Implement root cause analysis strategies to identify and resolve any quality issues.
  4. Collaborate with production line operators to improve standards of parts production.
  5. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  1. Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  2. Strong communication skills, particularly with shop floor staff.
  3. Ability to understand and read drawings.
  4. Experience using Verniers and Shadowgraph measuring equipment is an advantage.
  5. ISO experience and quality control knowledge is highly desirable.
