Job Title: Service Coordinator/Engineer Planner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator/Engineer Planner to join our team at Get Staff. As a Service Coordinator/Engineer Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the work of our engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to organize Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
  • Plan and manage the engineer's diaries to ensure an achievable workload
  • Ensure all necessary parts and materials are available for each job
  • Update the database regularly to reflect job status and progress
  • Highlight urgent callouts and ensure prompt attention is given
  • Check and issue invoices for completed work
  • Quote for remedial works and ensure accurate pricing
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of work delivered
  • Provide support and assistance to engineers as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry is required
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use own initiative and problem-solving skills
