Job Purpose:
We are seeking dedicated, customer-oriented individuals to join us as a Maintenance Engineering Planner. This role is pivotal in managing assets and spare parts, planning preventative maintenance, and maintaining machine history data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), providing training to the local engineering team and addressing issues with the EU team as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with EU standards while participating in coordinated projects and improvement initiatives to implement new functionalities and procedures.
- Accurately record site-level equipment and spare parts in the system to guarantee technicians have the necessary resources.
- Forecast and assign preventative maintenance tasks to technicians, ensuring high equipment availability for internal customers.
- Compile and analyze equipment performance metrics and machine histories, offering recommendations for enhancements.
- Manage spare parts inventory, placing and tracking orders as needed, while collaborating with procurement to identify efficiencies.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities, either as a hands-on engineer or maintenance planner.
- Familiarity with CMMS software.
- Proficiency in core MS Excel functions.
- Experience in managing spare parts inventories.
- Effective communication skills in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, operations, business administration, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Experience with the Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) platform.
- Experience in implementing a new CMMS system.
- Experience in delivering training or coaching to others.
