About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Specialist to join our team at Royal London. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality investment content that supports our overall marketing strategy and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content marketing plan that aligns with our business objectives and targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and informative content for various audiences, including advisers, customers, and employers.
  • Use data and insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize content performance.
  • Work with internal specialists and external suppliers to deliver high-quality content that meets our brand standards.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to create compelling messages and content that supports our business goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong background in content marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in creating content for various formats and audiences, including promotional and thought leadership content.
  • Good knowledge of pensions and investments, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging content.
  • Good understanding of FCA regulations as they apply to content.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships.
