Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs and providing exceptional service.

• Source and assess top-tier candidates, leveraging industry trends and market conditions to drive success.

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, continuously improving processes and staying informed on industry developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a successful track record in mid to senior-level placements.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Pay: £25,000.00-£60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
