About the Role

Xyla, a leading healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our mental health support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide individual supervision for qualified CBT therapists, contribute to CPD planning, and develop therapists' clinical work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure caseload oversight of each supervisee, reviewing clinical outcomes and client experience.
  • Manage supervision sessions, booking them in on the system, and ensuring notes are recorded in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development of the clinical supervision strategy and ongoing development of the CPD programme.
  • Provide CBT to your own caseload (Max. 5 at one time).
  • Cover duty rota for clinical queries one evening a week until 8pm and attend clinical liaison meetings with referring services.
  • Take the lead on specific clinical service improvements in collaboration with the team.

Requirements
  • Full BABCP accreditation.
  • PGDip/MA in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT).
  • Evidence of undertaking CPD in relation to CBT for CYPs.
  • Experience in managerial/clinical supervision of others' casework with proven supervisory skills.
  • Theoretical knowledge of CBT/Therapies and extensive experience in the application of appropriate models of practice.
  • Good understanding and commitment to the CAMHS transformation agenda.
