What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation

• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes

• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety

• Collaborate with the culinary team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
