Job Summary:

The OCS Group is seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality food and beverage services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control food costs and ensure that they are within budget.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients.
  • Develop and implement training programs for kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a senior chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to develop and implement menus and training programs.
