We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.

Our Floating Support Service in Middlesbrough offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will work closely with our team to provide practical and emotional support, enabling individuals to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Identifying and accessing opportunities for social inclusion, enabling service users to build meaningful relationships and engage in their community
  • Working collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to develop and implement individual support plans
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring a high-quality and responsive support service

As a Support Worker with Creative Support, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. We offer a comprehensive training program, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
