We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely payment collection from tenants, and maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough application checks, including right to rent, identification, and guarantor checks.
  • Create and manage tenancy agreements, issuing and following up as necessary.
  • Ensure timely payment collection from tenants and perform credit control duties.
  • Handle deposit registrations and maintain compliance throughout the lettings process.
  • Coordinate new tenant handovers with relevant team members.
  • Continually review and streamline processes to ensure legal compliance.
Requirements:
  • ARLA qualification is essential.
  • Strong experience with Alto systems, conducting reference checks, and resolving technical issues.
  • Solid understanding of property accounts, including generating utility bills and inputting invoices on accounting software.
  • Proven ability to liaise with tenants and offer advice on management incidents.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
