Key Responsibilities- Lead the Mathematics Department to achieve high academic expectations
- Develop and implement innovative and exciting ways of learning that suit the needs of our students
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them
- Collaborate with other senior middle leaders to discuss curriculum matters across the school
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and staff
- Good honours degree in a relevant subject
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Strong classroom teaching experience, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating students
- Excellent subject knowledge and ability to teach A Level
- Familiarity with current and future subject developments
- Ability to adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of all students
- Strong commitment to co-curricular and cross-curricular activities
