Job Title: Residential Family Support Worker Location: Sawbridgeworth Salary: £13.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Our client, an independent Family Assessment Centre, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to provide vital support to families in need.

This role involves working closely with families to assess their needs and develop personalized support plans. As a Residential Family Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and practical assistance to help families overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
