We are seeking skilled and experienced Family Support Workers to join our team at Carepro Limited. As an Early Help Family Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing knowledge, experience, and support to maintain a safe and stable family environment, with the wellbeing of our Young People at heart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assistance and support to families with varied complexities, including domestic abuse, substance abuse, and communication barriers.
  • Work collaboratively with parents to demonstrate and support them in developing skills and confidence.
  • Ensure the wellbeing and safety of our Young People, and provide a solution-based service to meet their needs.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies to provide a seamless service to our service users.
Requirements:
  • Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children and Adults) and registered on the Update Service.
  • Five years of practical reference history.
  • Ad-hoc and long-term assignments available.
  • Fast track registration and true 24/7 on-call service.
