  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting families.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs of each family.
  • Build strong relationships with families, empowering them to take control of their lives and make positive changes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments to identify areas of need and develop strategies to address them.
  • Work in partnership with other agencies and organizations to ensure a seamless and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children and Adults) and registration on the Update Service.
  • Five years of practical reference history in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
