About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at the Conningbrook Hotel in Kennington. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, snacks, and meals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately, handling customer payments and operating the EPOS system.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to guests and promoting our products.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
