Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join QA as the newest member of their HR department. As a Digital HR Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process, coordinating onboarding new staff, and maintaining correspondence with applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment process for onboarding new staff, utilizing MS Excel spreadsheets to track and organize applicants' data.
- Upload new job positions onto online advertising portals.
- Maintain correspondence with applicants for roles via MS Outlook and telephone, writing letters on MS Word and issuing information via MailMerge.
- Coordinate Outlook diaries and schedule meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- Create digital newsletters for internal and external use via Microsoft Publisher.
- Collaborate with other team members via Sharepoint, allowing colleagues to access company information securely and effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Fun, outgoing personality – confidence is key.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Confident and capable of using various in-house software packages.
