Job Title: Payroll and Expenses Officer

Cameron Kennedy is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic team member to develop and lead on the day-to-day maintenance of the union's staff payroll and expenses system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new payroll and expenses systems, processes, and procedures
  • Process payroll and expenses data, ensuring all changes are completed in line with monthly deadlines and statutory obligations
  • Undertake monthly and year-end reporting requirements, both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Human Resources, to develop and implement new Payroll/HR systems and processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in payroll system administration and management
