About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Ledger Specialist to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group UK. As a key member of our Purchase Ledger team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and post a high volume of invoices to the ledger, including stock and overheads
  • Validate purchase invoices by verifying delivery or services provided
  • Reconcile supplier statements in electronic and Excel formats
  • Troubleshoot mis-postings and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and manage three monthly BACS payments
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our Kerridge K8 system
  • Manage employee credit cards, including receipts and nominal ledger postings
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Purchase Ledger environment
  • Proficiency in Kerridge K8 and MAM software (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with multiple currencies and Excel to an intermediate level
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Flexible approach to roles and duties, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
