About the Role

As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the workshop operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Assisting the Service Controller in achieving departmental targets and objectives
  • Coordinating with the service and repair teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Monitoring and controlling workshop costs and inventory levels
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
About Our Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience in a main dealer environment
  • Strong industry knowledge and technical skills
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and problem-solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Quality awareness and attention to detail
  • Full driving license

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and alternative Saturdays on a rota basis.
