A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY
Responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Front of House, your daily tasks will encompass the following:
- Effectively oversee the Front Desk team, addressing inquiries, providing training, and supporting their overall development in collaboration with the Reception Manager.
- Act as the representative of property management in resolving guest-related issues.
- Serve as the primary liaison for coordination between the Housekeeping and Front Office departments regarding room readiness, issues, and prioritization (in conjunction with the Guest Experience Manager).
- Proactively manage overbooking situations by collaborating with senior rooms management and revenue teams to secure satisfactory alternative accommodations.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure that uniform and personal appearance are clean, professional, and aligned with the Westin Brand; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

- Strong training and interpersonal skills.
