About the Role:

Approach Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Manage all communication and administration related to customer care, including handling queries, resolving complaints, and coordinating appointments for technicians and trades.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve validated complaints efficiently, seeking direction when necessary, and ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Appointment Coordination: Coordinate appointments for Customer Care Technicians, suppliers, and subcontracted trades, ensuring that all appointments are scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including defect records and communication logs.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute new ideas to improve processes and procedures, ensuring that our customer service team is always operating at the highest level.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, both on the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Natural problem-solving ability with strong organisational skills, able to adapt to change in a positive way.
  • Computer Literacy: Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
