A&P Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at our Falmouth facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures.
  • Proactively respond to emergent maintenance issues and breakdowns, and work with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Experience in maintenance and project management, ideally in a marine or heavy industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
