A&P Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager Assistant to join their team at Falmouth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintenance management and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, as well as experience working with heavy plant and machinery.
As a key member of the facilities team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager in overseeing maintenance activities and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and mitigating key risks on site
- Responding to emergent maintenance issues and yard damage
- Reviewing and implementing performance improvements
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues
- Working with stakeholders to schedule maintenance activities
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organisational abilities.
