About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Aramark. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a positive experience in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving customers, and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
