The Team

Our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Belfast specializes in various forms of commercial litigation, particularly in the realms of corporate, real estate, energy, technology, and financial services. Our modern office fosters a collaborative culture and provides an excellent setting for a balanced mix of office and remote work, tailored to our caseload demands.

We represent a significant number of large national and multinational corporations, high street banks, financial institutions, and FTSE 250 clients, offering a broad spectrum of advisory and litigation services across all facets of commercial disputes.

The Role

We are seeking a commercial litigator with a minimum of 5 years PQE, possessing proven expertise in handling disputes within the commercial sector.

As a member of our Belfast team, you will have the opportunity to influence the growth and success of our practice. You will share responsibilities in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues while playing a vital role in supporting business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will currently be part of a commercial litigation team and have experience managing a demanding caseload.
