We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality precision components for the defence and aerospace industries.
Key Responsibilities- Programming, setting, and operating of CNC Milling machines with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
- Operating multiple machine tools including multi-axis machining centres with various programming languages (3 to 6 axis) to produce R&D, high-value 1-off or low-volume production component parts.
- Ability to work from detailed engineering drawings producing conforming product.
- Competent CNC Milling experience.
- Experience with Fanuc & Heidenhain languages.
- Understanding and execution of CAD/CAM software.
- Turning experience will be desirable.
- High level of CoSHH and H&S awareness.
- SC Clearance is required.
