Sales Administrator:
This position offers a temporary to permanent contract.

Location:
Remote

Hours of Work:
8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Rate of Pay:
£12.50 per hour

Main Duties & Responsibilities:


As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for processing sales orders, confirming pricing, issuing quotes, preparing dispatch notes on Sage 200, and scheduling deliveries. You will manage customer back orders to ensure timely delivery upon stock arrival.
Additionally, you will handle incoming inquiries via telephone and email, providing exceptional customer service by addressing their needs efficiently. Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with various departments within the organization will be key aspects of your role.
You will also be tasked with sending product information and pricing details to customers, including price lists and promotional materials.

Moreover, you will perform specific administrative tasks as directed by the office manager, such as filing, managing inquiries, and entering data into the system.


Skills & Experience Required:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential.
Strong communication skills are a must.
The ability to work effectively under pressure is required.
Numeracy skills are important.
Excellent telephone etiquette is necessary.
Good organizational abilities are essential.
You should be proactive in managing your workload and prioritizing tasks.
Previous office experience is crucial.
A flexible and conscientious approach to work is expected.
You should possess the confidence to handle challenging situations and know when to seek guidance from your supervisor.
