Sales Administrator: Temporary to permanent contract available.
Location: Rubery (B45)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Compensation: £12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing sales orders, confirming pricing, generating quotes, and preparing dispatch notes using Sage 200.
- Managing customer back orders and ensuring timely delivery upon stock arrival.
- Handling incoming telephone and email inquiries.
- Providing exceptional customer service through efficient and prompt responses.
- Establishing strong relationships with customers.
- Collaborating with various departments within the organization.
- Distributing product and pricing information to customers, including price lists and promotional materials.
- Performing administrative tasks as directed by the office manager, such as filing, sorting inquiries, and data entry.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Capability to thrive under pressure.
- Numerical proficiency.
- Effective telephone management skills.
- Excellent organizational capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize workload proactively.
- Previous office experience is essential.
- A diligent and adaptable work ethic.
- Confidence in handling challenging situations and knowing when to seek guidance from management.
