Reporting Business Lead Role

The Reporting Business Lead will be responsible for leading the implementation of a transformational project to rationalise processes and systems, owning the Business Reporting workstream and driving change in process, system and people.

We're a leading snack food company with a global presence, and we're looking for a skilled Reporting Business Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you'll be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of reports for our business to run for project go live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Business Reporting workstream within Project One
  • Drive the implementation of Project One and the change in process, system and people
  • Work with functional leads to understand end-to-end requirements for reporting within the new template
  • Partner with Intersnack Group to ensure correct and appropriate reporting is designed
  • Lead the project with the Intersnack Group team and deliver a comprehensive suite of reports
  • Guide and align functional subject matter experts to ensure a holistic approach to reporting delivery
  • Accountable for resolution of issues and mitigation of risk to the business and the project outcome
  • Raise areas of issues/gaps and potential solutions to feed into the build process
  • Assess the impact of WoW changes in reporting for the business
  • Drive changes to ways of working
  • Support the change process and spread positive messaging
  • Lead the test process for KP in your workstream
  • Manage the roll out of reporting with functional workstream leads
  • Support the hypercare and embed appropriate reporting within the business

Requirements:
