Senior Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hospitality Manager to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing our catering and events operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding profit and turnover targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the bar and catering services operation, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements, including health and safety regulations.
- Act as the license holder for the company, responsible for managing liquor licenses and ensuring responsible serving practices.
- Develop and implement strategies to continually exceed customer expectations, drive sales growth, and maximize spend per head.
- Work closely with the Head Chef to monitor food trends, develop customer offerings, and maintain high-quality menu standards.
- Manage staff and rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels and effective team management.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven hospitality management experience, preferably in a senior role.
- Customer-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional service.
- Understanding of budgets and financial management, with experience in developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in arts and entertainment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality events.
- Competitive starting salary of £37,000 per year.
