Hospitality Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team at Recruit North Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing our catering and events operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and exceeding profit and turnover targets.

- Be the license holder for the company and continually exceed customer expectations.
- Develop future budget planning and delivery alongside the Financial Director.
- Negotiate with suppliers and maximize spend per head.
- Exceed profit and turnover targets, while working closely with the Head Chef to monitor food trends and develop customer offerings.
- Manage staff and rotas, ensuring a welcoming and high-quality catering operation.
- Hospitality management background with a customer-focused approach.
- Understanding of budgets and financial management.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a keen eye for detail.
- An interest in arts and entertainment, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Starting salary of £37,000 per year.
