Job Title: Gallery Art Technician

We are seeking a skilled Gallery Art Technician to join our team at Prospero Integrated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hanging and Installation: Utilize various installation methods to hang artwork on diverse wall compositions.
  • Artwork Handling: Handle artwork and installations with care and consideration, ensuring their safe transportation and storage.
  • Packing and Shipping: Pack and unpack artwork for onward shipping, including the use of crates.
  • Stock Management and Administration: Manage artwork inventory and perform administrative tasks related to the gallery.
  • Delivery and Maintenance: Deliver artwork to customer sites and maintain the gallery's appearance, re-hanging artwork as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Ideally, candidates should have achieved an 'A' level standard of education or equivalent.
  • Travel and Work Requirements: Candidates must be qualified to work within the UK and able to travel internationally for installations.
  • Driving License: A driving license is highly beneficial but not essential.
  • Warehouse Experience: Knowledge of and qualifications in using forklift trucks, WAV machines, and other warehouse machinery are advantageous.
