Night Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Porter to join our team at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front office during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out all duties in line with departmental standards and ensure that the Night Porter checklist is fully completed by the end of the shift.
- Conduct fire walks in accordance with night operation and guest safety in mind, and be fully conversant with the fire procedures for the whole hotel.
- Perform cleaning duties as requested by the night manager, including vacuuming, buffing, and cleaning all public areas.
- Be aware of any menu updates and take and carry out room service orders.
- Prepare food and beverages to all guests during the night, to their bedrooms or in lobby areas.
- Deliver all guests newspapers in the morning and supply additional items to guest bedrooms as needed.
- Organize onward transportation for guests and carry guests' luggage to and from bedrooms.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
