Job Title: Interview Only: Reablement and Care Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking empathetic and warm individuals to join our team as Reablement and Care Support Workers. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and support to residents in Powys, enabling them to live well in their chosen place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of residents.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including working evenings and weekends as required.
