  • Working with our Head Chef to maintain kitchen organization, staff ability, and training opportunities
  • Verifying that food storage units meet standards and are consistently well-managed
  • Coordinating with our management team on supply ordering, budget, and kitchen efficiency and staffing
  • Ensuring the entire kitchen team adheres to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
  • Assisting with managing the food inventory and ordering stock
  • Ensuring that customers receive excellent quality food
