About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in Aberdeen. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our Italian cuisine offerings.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and stock levels to optimize profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements
