Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Cardiologist to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Cardiology Directorate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiology services.

Main Duties

As a Cardiologist, you will be expected to:

  • Provide expert clinical care to patients with cardiovascular diseases
  • Conduct complex pacing procedures and other cardiology-related interventions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of cardiology services and policies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a primary medical qualification (e.g. MBChB) and be registered with the GMC
  • Have MRCP or equivalent training and experience
  • Be on the GMC Specialist Register or expect to be within 6 months of obtaining CCT
  • Have a strong commitment to development and improvement of cardiology services
