We are seeking an exceptional Consultant Cardiologist to join our team at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Cardiology Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiology services.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Consultant Cardiologist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert clinical care to patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions, including complex pacing and cardiac imaging. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our cardiology services, including the design and implementation of new clinical pathways and the supervision of junior doctors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including complex pacing and cardiac imaging
- Contribute to the development of our cardiology services, including the design and implementation of new clinical pathways
- Supervise junior doctors and provide educational support
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of our cardiology services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration on the GMC Specialist Register with a CCT in Cardiology or equivalent
- Experience in complex pacing and cardiac imaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the development of our cardiology services
