About the Role

As a Marketing and Strategy Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the MINI UK, Farnborough team in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, brand communications, and strategy. You will work closely with the team to create engaging content, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the MINI Brand Communications and Events teams to ensure effectiveness across marketing campaigns and at all major events.
  • Support in development and tracking of key timelines, including MINI UK's market strategy and new model launch planning.
  • Coordinating and publishing weekly bulletins and key performance dashboards to internal stakeholders, as well as monthly competitor analysis and creative storytelling sessions.
  • Administration and steering of key focus topic working groups, including Electric and MINI App.
  • Support with developing the MINI team engagement strategy, including helping to organise team days and social activities.
  • Support the organisation and administration of key MINI meetings and presentation input between stakeholders from all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.
  • Managing the finance process for the overall budget. This will include the raising of purchase orders and completing our end of month routines.
Requirements
  • Studying towards a bachelor's degree and on track to achieve at least a 2:2 - a degree in Business Studies, Marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong relationship building skills and excellent inter-personal abilities, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent IT skills alongside a willingness to understand and use new systems and technology.
  • A well-rounded individual with a good mix of numerical and creative skills.
  • Self-motivated, well organised, and able to manage your time and complete tasks before deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to provide considered feedback to agencies and colleagues.
  • A team player with a helpful, can-do attitude.
  • A genuine passion for MINI and Marketing is essential.
  • The ability to clearly understand the MINI brand tone of voice and creative style to provide relevant feedback and input on projects.
What We Offer
  • A competitive annual salary of £23,700, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract) and an attractive pension scheme.
  • Contracted working hours are 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, helping you develop a fulfilling work-life balance.
