Job Title: Marketing Communications Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Executive to join our team at RGS Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and redefining our brand's identity, crafting compelling strategies that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rebranding strategy to enhance our company's image and reputation.
  • Support the marketing team with internal and external communications, ensuring seamless coordination and effective messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and creative content for various channels, including articles, social media, website, intranet, press releases, biographies, testimonials, success stories, and more.
  • Design and implement an internal communications strategy to foster a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain our firm's new intranet platform, ensuring it remains a valuable resource for our team.
  • Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Support communications for events, presentations, and social media initiatives, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant media contacts, leveraging these connections to amplify our brand's message.
  • Develop and refine our company's brand and messaging, staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and developments.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including coordinating invoice records, updating budgets, and other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We are looking for a degree-level educated candidate with a CIM qualification or equivalent working experience. You will have extensive experience in writing content and producing marketing materials, with a strong understanding of both hard copy and digital marketing communications. Proficiency in SEO website content creation and comfort with metrics/analytics/evaluating effectiveness using data are essential. Computer literacy, including competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, such as InDesign and Photoshop, is desirable but not essential.
