Receptionist/Administrator Opportunity

Gibson Hollyhomes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrator to join their support team in Wilmslow. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Office Manager in maintaining the office environment and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, coordinate refreshments, and assist with event setup.
  • Process and distribute post, and greet visitors and clients with a warm welcome.
  • Support new staff inductions and provide administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Hospitality, Events, or Administration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages and IT literacy.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm.
