Receptionist - Wilmslow

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at JW Lees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors to the Hotel
  • Managing face to face, online and telephone bookings
  • Checking all reservations and room allocations
  • Handling guest queries and requirements
  • Checking guests in and out of the Hotel
  • Preparing restaurant reservations
  • Maintaining occupancy levels on the computer system
  • Managing the computer system including room rates and changes
  • Dealing with customer requirements, complaints and service issues
  • Handling cash and card payments
  • Ensuring a safe environment in which to work; reporting any hazard or maintenance defects immediately
